RF Systems Engineer Level 1 - Clearance Required

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles across the entire system life cycle, including concept, development, production, and support. The role involves collaborating with government and program personnel to ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of deliverables aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering activities across the system life cycle (concept, development, production, and support).
• Prepare technical work products and support risk, configuration, and information management processes.
• Develop test plans, draft technical reports, and specify technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline with at least one year of systems engineering experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Visual Basic for Applications.
• Experience with RF theory and EMI testing within HF, VHF, and UHF spectra.
• Familiarity with RF testing tools and components (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, amplifiers, filters, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to three times per year for 7-10 days.
