RF SIGINT Technical Analyst
Responsibilities
- Perform signals analysis work and write reports based upon the resulting analysis.
- Assess and report on the strengths and limitations of collection platforms / sensors.
- Research and build collection strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret electronic signals to produce critical intelligence reports that support future strategic planning.
- Write concepts of operations and operational support projects.
- Author new procedures / methods to create innovative collection plans/ strategies.
- Perform link budget analysis to inform collection strategies.
- Utilize mathematical and physics modeling to inform collection strategies.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree (4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
- Significant current experience (within last 2 years) performing link budget analysis and collection strategy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced conventional weapons systems.
- Strong experience with link budget analysis tools such as MATLAB, Integrasys, Pasternack, Qorvo, RFCLB, Cadence or similar applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a small team, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives.
Qualifications
- Published / authored collection strategy reports.
- Advanced degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience in DoD/IC signals analysis.
- Experience working on SAP programs.
- Experience working on-site at a government customer location.
- Experience working in DOD/IC.
Pay
Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $99,000.00 - $132,000.00 - $145,200.00 annually. For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
