Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, characterize, and document innovative proof-of-concept systems for high-speed test and measurement applications.
- Perform RF/mmWave signal-chain analysis, system-level modeling, and performance evaluation for semiconductor device and subsystem testing.
- Develop technical collateral—including application notes, reference designs, articles, and trade-show demonstrations—that highlight instrument-grade performance using ADI products.
- Solve customer problems by delivering validated system-level solutions, supported by detailed modeling and hands-on measurements in a state-of-the-art lab.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers, marketing, design, and product development teams to convert system-level requirements into component-level specifications for current and future ADI products.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience, or MS or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of system-level application challenges and a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive solutions.
- Experience with high-speed, RF, and mmWave system design, including proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Keysight ADS, and SystemVue.
- Deep knowledge of analog and high-speed mixed-signal design fundamentals.
- Demonstrated programming experience in Python, MATLAB, and C/C++.
- Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, real-time oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Familiarity with FPGAs, DSPs, and embedded systems.
