Rework/Recondition - 2nd Shift

About the role

This position involves correcting products that have been held by QA due to not meeting FDA or client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove pouches from boxes to verify correct weight; adjust product quantity to meet standard if needed.
• Inspect pouches for proper flattening and correct any issues.
• Check pouch labels for accuracy and correct as necessary.
• Examine pouches for foreign material; report any findings immediately to the production line lead or supervisor.
• Remove product from pouches and place in V-Mags for rework.
• Perform rework on product as required.
• Move between assigned work areas throughout the day as directed.
• Maintain a clean work area, including sweeping, cleaning, removing trash, and disposing of inedible materials.
• Follow additional responsibilities as instructed by the Production Line Lead or Production Supervisor.
• Adhere to plant GMPs and safety guidelines.
• May assist with pack-off, prep, or sanitation as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and climb steps.
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with temperature variations (hot or cold) during an 8-hour shift.
• Basic literacy skills in English to read product code information.
• Allergen training required.
