Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems supporting fundraising and business development
- Improve visibility into sales pipelines, client engagement, and performance metrics
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision making
- Support DDQs, investor communications, and fundraising processes
- Drive adoption of sales tools and operational best practices
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to support scaling operations
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, CRM, or similar roles
- Experience working with CRM systems (DealCloud or similar preferred)
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Experience improving business processes and workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, private equity, or investor relations
- Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Exposure to scripting or data tools (Python, Power Automate, etc.)
- Experience implementing or managing SalesTech tools
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $200,000-$215,000
20% annual bonus eligibility
