About the role
Sage in the US is a strategic growth priority, focusing on removing barriers for customers. The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team supports this business unit and its multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) approach, partnering across the customer lifecycle to improve execution, increase predictability, and reduce friction for customers and internal teams. This role serves as a RevOps business partner to senior GTM leaders across one or more revenue motions. You will act as the day-to-day RevOps thought partner for sales and GTM leadership while coordinating with marketing, finance, customer success, product, enablement, data, and systems teams. The role requires translating executive priorities into clear operating mechanisms, managing trade-offs across stakeholders, and keeping the business focused on high-impact opportunities. Success involves being a trusted strategic partner to senior GTM leaders while also diving into data, tools, and operational details.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue, headcount, capacity, and quota modeling for budget and forecast cycles, partnering with GTM leadership and finance to align assumptions, targets, and investment decisions.
- Act as a key player in developing and implementing in-house AI tools (built with the data team) and selecting external vendors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to streamline the buyer journey, reduce friction, and increase conversion rates.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that supports the relevant GTM motion and aligns with overall business objectives.
- Support sales leadership in designing and administering incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms and GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft).
- Proficient in BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for pipeline analytics, forecast accuracy, and KPI tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated use of AI to drive efficiency in forecasting, analytics, pipeline management, or other GTM operating processes.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end SaaS GTM funnel, including marketing attribution, lead handoff, sales cycle velocity, and post-sale motions.
- Proven track record of designing and executing operational improvements that led to measurable business impact.
