Revive Food Service Assistant - TE

About the role

The position involves independently leading the daily operations of a small coffee shop, including preparing and serving beverages, operating the register, stocking, cleaning and maintaining inventory levels. The role requires a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Excellent customer service skills are essential to create a friendly and positive experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of basic dishes such as sandwiches and salads, and assists in the preparation of more complex dishes
• Adheres to federal, state, and local food safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs routine food preparation activities such as portioning, chopping food, and serving food to customers
• Greets customers, answers questions, and provides basic information regarding food preparation and associated activities
• Assists and guides student workers
• Cleans, inspects, and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas

Requirements

• Held a position for over 3 months (preferred)
• High School Or GED (preferred)
