Revit Technician
About the role
Build and manage 3D architectural models and 2D construction packages using Revit. Coordinate digital models with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants to spot and fix clashes. Create custom Revit components (families) and maintain office template standards. Update drawings based on redlines, design revisions, client feedback, and requests for information (RFIs). Review technical details to make sure designs comply with local building regulations and safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; Master's in architecture preferred
- Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Effective team experience working with multiple team members
Pay
$60,000.00 – $80,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
