About the role
We're looking for a talented Revit Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in structural drafting and a passion for creating accurate, coordinated drawings.
Responsibilities
- Provide BIM support across project teams, producing drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, and notes
- Analyse input materials to determine the best approach for developing deliverables, working with minimal supervision
- Create and manage Revit families that improve project efficiency and consistency
- Manage submittal production for medium-sized projects and assist on medium/large projects
- Collaborate with project leaders to coordinate consultant work and keep things moving
- Contribute to the organisation of plans, sections, details, and elevations
- Uphold office standards for design quality, production, and accuracy - including reviewing your own work
- Manage distribution and filing of incoming and outgoing project documentation

Requirements
Preferred qualifications include:
- An A.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
- 4+ years of structural drafting experience or related experience
- Intermediate to advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam skills, including the ability to create and manage Revit families
- Strong verbal communication skills, including listening and questioning
- Good analytical skills - you can assess risks and obstacles and offer practical solutions
- Solid time management and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Additional MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay
Estimated starting salary $66,500 - $102,000 USD + biannual profit share bonus potential.
