Revit Draftsperson / Job Captain – Residential Design-Build (North Pasadena)

About the role

You’ll work directly with our lead designer as a Revit Draftsperson and emerging Job Captain on mid- to high-end residential and light commercial projects, and sometimes infield management, construction and material shopping, bidding projects.

Requirements

• Revit proficiency is REQUIRED – modeling and drafting.
• Basic understanding of construction and site management – desired but flexible.
• Ability or interest in taking on Job Captain responsibilities such as coordinating drawings and supporting project execution.
• Strong desire to learn – we value curiosity and craftsmanship.
• Vehicle required – a truck is even better!
• Proximity to Pasadena – preferred.

Additional details

• The firm will provide Revit software and equipment needed.
• The firm is willing to train the right person.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute meaningfully.
• Fluent or conversational Spanish is a plus.

Pay

$40 - $50 hourly

Schedule

Starting on-site in Pasadena with the potential for partial or full remote work depending on experience and performance.
