Job Title: Revit DrafterJob Description Create high-quality Revit drawings that impress customers, facilitate the permit process, and ensure smooth progression of home building projects. Responsibilities Craft high-quality Revit drawings in collaboration with the sales team.Assist in creating permit sets for county approval.Engage in high-level problem solving to enhance project outcomes.Develop smarter and faster workflows to improve efficiency. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft applications.Strong problem-solving abilities.Experience with BIM, drafting, design, and Bluebeam.Ability to multi-task effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Identify problems and develop problem-solving processes.Exhibit crystal-clear verbal and written communication skills.Handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week. You will work under the guidance of a 30-year industry leader and collaborate closely with a dynamic sales and purchasing team.
