About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design integrity.
• Review and revise drawings based on project feedback and specifications.
• Prepare presentation drawings and visualizations for client meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes.
• Assist in training junior drafters and sharing best practices.
• Stay updated on Revit software developments and industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in drafting with Revit in a construction or architectural environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
