About the Role

Create high-quality Revit drawings that impress customers, facilitate the permit process, and ensure smooth progression of home building projects. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week under the guidance of a 30-year industry leader. Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality Revit drawings in collaboration with the sales team.
• Assist in creating permit sets for county approval.
• Engage in high-level problem solving to enhance project outcomes.
• Develop smarter and faster workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with BIM, drafting, design, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

Qualifications

• Identify problems and develop problem-solving processes.
• Exhibit crystal-clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
