Reverse Turbine Generator Engineer

Description

• Conduct reverse engineering, assessments and reviews on turbine generators.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions for turbine generator related challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the installation and commissioning of turbine systems.
• Contribute directly to the reliability and efficiency of energy generation systems, making a significant impact on operational performance.
• Design and develop turbine components and systems.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of turbines.
• Support installation and commissioning of turbine systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of turbine failures.
• Recommend improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in turbine engineering
• Proficiency in CAD and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS)
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics
• Experience with gas, steam, or wind turbines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
