We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Job title: Revenue Tax Technician (S). Not to repeat as heading. We have "About Us" paragraph: description of agency. Could map to "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about agency, not role. But we can treat as "About the role" maybe? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create sections with those headings if content exists. We have description of work: includes hybrid schedule, duties. That could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". We have a list of responsibilities after "Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following". So we can create a Responsibilities section with
  • . We have "Knowledge Skills And Abilities/Management Preferences" which includes demonstrated experience, basic skill level using MS Office. That's skills/qualifications. Could be "Skills" or "Qualifications". Also there is "Minimum Education And Experience" section later. That is qualifications. We have "COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:" with details about benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Pay: there is a recruitment range: $41,206 - $72,113. That's pay info. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: mention hybrid work schedule, remote and in-person at Durham Service Center, determined by business need. So we can have Schedule section. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove duplicated paragraphs like the "About Us" repeated later. Also remove "Minimum Education And Experience" maybe keep as Qualifications. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from responsibilities list, knowledge/skills, compensation/benefits, pay range, schedule, etc. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Job ID/position number as heading; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Probably drop it. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

    Schedule

Hybrid work schedule: work performed remotely and in-person at the Durham Service Center; schedule determined by business need.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, duplicated "About Us" repeated later, etc. Also we omitted the "About Us" paragraph about agency excellence; we could incorporate that into About the role or maybe a separate "About the agency" but not required. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we used About the role for the role description. Good. We omitted the "Minimum Education And Experience" heading; we put that under Qualifications. Good. We omitted the "Knowledge Skills And Abilities/Management Preferences" heading; we put under Skills. We omitted the "COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:" heading; we split into Pay and Benefits. We omitted the duplicated agency description later. We omitted the "Recruiter LeAnn Katherine Biscoglio" etc. That's minor metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop. We omitted the "This position is subject to federal and state criminal background checks..." That's substantive? It's about background check requirement. Should we preserve? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. That is substantive info about background check. Should we include it? Possibly under a section like "Requirements" or "Qualifications". There's no explicit heading for that but we could add a paragraph under Qualifications or a new section like "Requirements". The instruction allows sections like Requirements. We could add a Requirements section for background check and maybe other requirements like veteran's preference documentation, disability accommodations contact, etc. However those are more application instructions; but background check is a condition of employment. Might be considered substantive. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Background check is not exactly application instruction; it's a condition. Might be okay to keep. However the "This position is subject to federal and state criminal background checks that may include fingerprinting and verification of tax compliance." plus definition of tax compliance. That's substantive. Also "Applicants eligible for veteran's preference should attach a copy of form DD-214." That's application instruction? It's about documentation for veteran's preference; could be considered application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we might drop veteran's preference line. Similarly "If you have general questions about the application process, you may contact Human Resources..." is application instruction; drop. "Individuals with disabilities requiring disability-related accommodations..." also application instruction; drop. Thus we keep background check info. Where to place? Could be under Qualifications or a new section "Requirements". Since we have a Qualifications section already, we could add a paragraph there about background check. Or create a Requirements section. The instruction says use headings like Requirements. So we could add a Requirements section for background check. Let's do that. Thus add:

    Requirements

This position is subject to federal and state criminal background checks that may include fingerprinting and verification of tax compliance. "Tax compliance" is defined as having filed and paid all North Carolina State taxes owed each year leading up to the current calendar year or currently in a non-delinquent payment status with the State of North Carolina on taxes that are currently owed to the state.

We should also keep the "Minimum Education And Experience" details we already put under Qualifications. Good. Now check for any other substantive info: "Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification. The knowledge, skills, and abilities listed in the vacancy announcement should be used as management preferences and be used to screen for the most qualified pool of applicants." That's procedural; maybe considered boilerplate? It's about how qualifications are used. Might be considered not essential; but it's substantive about how to evaluate. However it's somewhat generic. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those; it's about qualification usage. Might be okay to keep but could be considered filler. I'd lean to keep it under Qualifications as a note. But it's somewhat generic; but we must preserve all substantive information; not summarizing away detail. So we should include it. Thus under Qualifications we can add a paragraph: "Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification. The knowledge, skills, and abilities listed in the vacancy announcement should be used as management preferences and be used to screen for the most qualified pool of applicants." Now also there is "Recruitment Range: $41,206 - $72,113 Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications..." Actually the recruitment range line appears earlier; we already captured pay. The effective July 1, 2025 phrase appears also in the qualifications paragraph. We'll keep both. Now check for any other substantive: "The North Carolina Department of Revenue is committed to excellence in tax administration, ensuring secure and efficient collection of revenue to fund vital public services. We are an employer of choice offering excellent benefits, competitive pay, professional development, and career advancement. Our dedicated team provides accurate information, achieves high compliance, and delivers innovative services with integrity and fairness." That's the About Us paragraph we used partially. We used a version that includes the role description; we might want to keep the agency commitment lines as part of About the role? The About the role section currently includes the role description but not the agency commitment lines. We could incorporate them. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we should not drop that. So we should include that paragraph somewhere. Perhaps under About the role we can include both the agency description and the role specifics. Let's
