Revenue Systems Manager
About the role
We're looking for a Revenue Systems Manager to help design, optimize, and scale the systems and processes that power our Revenue organization. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue, Finance, Business Operations, and IT, ensuring our revenue technology, data, and workflows support an exceptional customer experience while providing leadership with reliable insights for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the business-side strategy, optimization, and adoption of Salesforce and other revenue technologies.
- Design and improve revenue processes across quoting, contracting, renewals, forecasting, approvals, and reporting.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Revenue leaders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Support the transition away from Salesforce CPQ and help implement future-state quoting and contracting processes.
- Improve revenue data quality, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
- Build and analyze revenue datasets to support forecasting, revenue recognition, bookings, renewals, and executive reporting.
- Develop user documentation, training, and enablement resources to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve reporting, and eliminate manual effort.
Requirements
- Experience administering or optimizing Salesforce and other GTM/revenue systems from the business side.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, quoting, contracting, renewals, forecasting, and revenue operations.
- Experience partnering with technical teams to define business requirements and improve system workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable processes and practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
Pay
The salary range for this role starts at $125,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Schedule
