About the role
We are seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to join our dynamic finance team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies that align with company goals, managing operations to ensure smooth execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue strategies that enhance profitability and market position
- Manage operations to ensure efficient revenue generation processes
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue targets and strategies
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or operations
- Proven track record of successful revenue strategy development and implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with financial software and tools

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
