Duties and responsibilities
- Manages, controls and tracks appropriately revenue recognition transactional activity
- Aid in month-end closing of the Accounts Receivable module and weekly/monthly reconciliations
- Maintain and update accurate, complete, tracking of revenue transaction queues
- Analyze information to determine validity of revenue recognition
- Review client contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with policy and Revenue Recognition Accounting Standards
- Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate revenue scenarios
- Aid in audit review, both financial and internal control related
- Review and respond to Accounts Receivable inquiries
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual ad hoc reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information
- Support ad hoc projects as required

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- Two to five years related experience
Computer Skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Experience using Workday Financial System is a plus
Certificates and Licenses
- Valid driver’s license required
