Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager
About the Role
Our company growth is driving the need to expand our team with a Director of Revenue Operations. This role applies our RevOps framework, RevOps Playbook, Evidence-based Best Practices, and RevOps Tech Stack to drive significant and sustained revenue growth for our clients. It is near equal parts business development, thought leadership, innovation, and client services delivery. The position is part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and is fully remote, available to candidates in any U.S. location.
This role collaborates with clients' marketing, sales, customer service, IT, and C-suite teams to architect holistic revenue growth. It leverages research insights to create data-driven models that bring predictability to high-impact revenue and profit outcomes. We are accepting applications from experienced practitioners for both full-time employment and contract services.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales cycles to closure.
- Deliver revenue growth consulting services.
- Manage services delivery, including scope, time, cost, and quality, as well as project teams.
- Grow client accounts and build executive-level trusted relationships.
- Engage with midmarket B2B and B2C clients to solve complex marketing, sales, service, product, and related business challenges impacting revenue generation.
- Drive business development by aligning with internal marketing staff, growing the funnel, meeting prospects, creating sales win plans, and closing opportunities.
- Deliver consulting services, including crafting go-to-market plans and working with client staff to achieve goals.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to become a trusted business advisor.
- Collaborate with peers, including sales and business development subject matter experts, marketing transformation consultants, change management executives, Scrum Masters, and other experts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of business growth experience, either as a management consultant or a company C-suite operator.
- A minimum of 6 years of full-time experience implementing revenue operations technologies and processes.
- A proven track record of successful consulting sales and services delivery.
- Ability to build, maintain, and manage multiple relationships at the most senior levels within client organizations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with cross-functional company leaders such as the CEO, CRO, CMO, and CIO.
- Ability to lead teams by influence and motivate others to execute and achieve target results in a matrixed environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for relationship building.
- Experience preparing and delivering high-impact executive-level presentations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
- Eligible to work in the United States (without Visa or other sponsorship).
