Revenue Operations Manager - US

About the role

Halter is scaling fast in the US. You'll be the Revenue Operations presence on the ground, embedded with our Sales & Customer teams. You'll sit within Revenue Operations & Enablement (part of GTM Operations), reporting to our Rev Ops & Enablement Lead in NZ. This role drives performance, diagnosing issues before they compound and building operational rigour.

• Runs pipeline reviews with Regional Sales Managers
• Digs into conversion drops and drives fixes end-to-end
• Rolls out new processes to the US sales team
• Buils reporting that informs leadership
• Feds structured commercial intelligence back to HQ
• Flags patterns in support escalations to the Customer Rev Ops Manager

What We're Looking For

• High bar for data quality
• Instinct for revenue leaks
• Ability to distinguish between process and people problems
• Effective communication at all levels
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and with sales teams
• Use of AI as a core work tool
• Experience in SaaS, ag-tech, or hardware-led businesses
• Process change experience across field sales teams
• Experience in multi-market or remote-from-HQ setups
