Revenue Operations Manager
About the role
Revenue Operations sits at the center of our growth engine. As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure our go-to-market teams operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize HubSpot and other GTM systems
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking
Develop forecasting processes and pipeline visibility
Improve lead routing, territory management, and account ownership rules
Partner with leadership on revenue planning and performance analysis
Identify bottlenecks throughout the sales funnel and implement improvements
Support compensation tracking and commission calculations
Create and maintain process documentation and sales playbooks
Drive data hygiene and CRM governance across the organization
Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for SDRs and AEs
Requirements
3+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related experience
Strong CRM administration experience (HubSpot preferred)
Experience building reports, dashboards, and executive-level analytics
Excellent Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership and GTM teams
Startup experience preferred
Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and integrations is a plus
