Revenue Operations Analyst

About The Role

The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the systems, data pipeline, and process engineering that power the go-to-market teams. This role ensures Salesforce and integrated tech stack tools function seamlessly to provide accurate reporting on the end-to-end customer journey. The analyst acts as the technical bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success, translating complex business processes into robust system workflows, automated alerts, and reliable executive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC), maintaining data integrity, page layouts, custom objects, and automated flows.
• Build and maintain centralized dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track pipeline health, customer acquisition costs, and sales velocity metrics.
• Own the integration and optimization of the sales tech stack, including HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
• Design and document scalable operational processes to eliminate bottlenecks in the lead-to-opportunity funnel.
• Perform weekly and monthly data audits to reconcile inconsistencies and maintain pristine database health.
• Collaborate with finance to calculate sales commissions and build quarterly forecast models.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles at a technology company.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) with deep experience building custom reports and complex automation flows.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) for querying and visualizing complex datasets.
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and sales engagement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Bonus: Experience with dbt, Snowflake, or Python for advanced data pipeline construction.
