About The Role

The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and go-to-market strategy, driving operational efficiency across the sales, marketing, and customer success pipelines. This position is responsible for administering the GTM tech stack, analyzing funnel performance, and translating raw data into actionable insights that fuel revenue growth. The analyst will partner directly with sales leadership and finance to optimize lead-to-opportunity workflows, build reliable forecasting models, and ensure data integrity across primary systems of record.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), managing user permissions, custom objects, validation rules, and third-party integrations.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Tableau or Looker to track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPIs, pipeline health, and cohort retention.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-close lifecycle and implement automated workflows to improve rep productivity and lead routing speed.
  • Own the data hygiene strategy, implementing duplicate resolution rules, data enrichment tools, and regular audits of key account metadata.
  • Support the annual sales planning process by providing data-driven models for territory assignment, quota allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Train and onboard sales reps and customer success managers on new processes, tools, and CRM methodologies to drive system adoption.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced CRM administration skills (Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience required).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and experience building complex dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing-to-sales funnels, attribution models, and pipeline velocity metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce CPQ administration, Outreach/Salesloft management, or Python for data manipulation.
