About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst acts as the analytical engine driving sales efficiency, forecasting precision, and tech stack optimization. This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence and go-to-market execution, translating raw pipeline and CRM data into strategic decisions. The focus of this position is building sustainable revenue infrastructure, maintaining clean customer databases, and managing integrated operations across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM instance, implementing workflow automations, custom fields, and page layouts to streamline sales activities
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and quota attainment
- Clean and enrich lead, contact, and account data to prevent duplication and ensure high database integrity across systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
- Support the annual sales planning cycle by building territory assignment models and calculating quarterly commission payouts
- Identify systemic bottlenecks in the lead-to-close process and execute automation solutions to reduce manual work for sales representatives
- Collaborate with finance and sales leadership on weekly forecasting runs, providing data-driven recommendations on pipeline health
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analyst roles within a technology company
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including deep familiarity with flow builder, validation rules, and report creation
- Strong SQL capabilities for querying databases and building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
- Advanced Excel skills with proven experience building complex financial models, commission calculators, and data transformation sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification or experience implementing Gong.io and Outreach.io integrations
