Revenue Operations Analyst
About the role
Own firm performance monitoring, attribution integrity, commission reconciliation, and partner-facing commercial analytics. Ensure revenue tracking is reliable, discrepancies are caught early, financial impact is quantified, and partner conversations are backed by clear evidence.
Requirements
Performance objectives:
- Objective 1 - Monitor and protect tracking integrity
- Objective 2 - Own reconciliation across systems
- Objective 3 - Manage open case tracker end-to-end
- Objective 4 - Support the Partners team with data-backed insights
Must have 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or a related commercial-data role
Strong SQL, spreadsheet, and data reconciliation skills
Confidence presenting discrepancies and evidence to external partners
Commercial awareness and comfort with messy, incomplete data
Strong ownership mindset and follow-through discipline
Excellent async written communication - we are remote-first
What We Look For
- Nice to have:
- Prior experience in fintech, prop trading, or affiliate ecosystems
- Familiarity with TrackNow or similar attribution / affiliate platforms
- Experience handling firm-facing or client-facing data conversations
- Process design experience for reconciliation or operational workflows
Compensation
$2,500-$4,500 / month gross
Location & Work Setup
Remote, with strong overlap with CET hours (4+ hours of overlap)
Working Hours
Roughly 9 AM - 6 PM CET, with reasonable flexibility
Reporting Cadence
- Reports to: Head of Data & Analytics
- Direct reports: None
- Key cross-functional partners: Partners, Leadership, Partner Relations, Finance, Analytics
- Upward reporting cadence: Daily standup with RevOps Manager; weekly case review; monthly performance summary to Head of D&A
