About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst role bridges the gap between sales strategy, marketing execution, and systems infrastructure. This position sits at the intersection of business intelligence and go-to-market systems, focusing on streamlining the customer lifecycle from lead generation through renewal. The analyst will manage the data flow across GTM tech stacks, construct predictive revenue models, and build analytical frameworks that enable the leadership team to make data-driven operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM instance, including workflow rules, custom objects, and integrations with marketing automation tools
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to track ARR, net retention, pipeline velocity, and sales representative quota attainment
- Design, document, and implement lead-to-opportunity routing rules to maximize conversion rates and reduce funnel friction
- Perform deep-dive analysis on churn patterns and customer expansion opportunities to inform the customer success strategy
- Collaborate with finance to calculate monthly sales commission payouts and ensure accurate alignment with compensation plans
- Audit CRM data quality regularly, writing SQL queries to identify anomalies and executing bulk data cleanses
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), including a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and data structures
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex joins and CTEs to extract data from data warehouses like Snowflake
- Prior experience building dashboards and data models in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or Gong.io
