About the role

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and monitor the company's commercial organization's daily data. This role will involve unlocking insights in data and translating metrics generated by Go-To-Market (GTM) teams into clear and actionable signals. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, comfortable with large data sets, and a curious problem-solver.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and own recurring reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, AWS, or elsewhere that provide sales teams and managers with visibility into pipeline, activity, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain data quality and hygiene across Salesforce and connected systems, including deduplication, field standardization, and enforcement of data-entry conventions.
  • Operate and monitor the lead and opportunity routing engine to ensure accurate and timely record assignment to the right teams and territories.
  • Assemble and validate pipeline and bookings data that feeds revenue forecasting, collaborating with internal stakeholders on model assumptions.
  • Field day-to-day, ad hoc data requests from Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and front-line sales managers, developing self-serve resources to reduce one-off asks.
  • Maintain the GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, and connected tools), triaging issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures with tight change management and version control.
  • Conduct detailed, time-sensitive operational work under general supervision, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
  • Reconcile reporting discrepancies across systems and escalate root-cause issues requiring process or system changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (mathematics, economics, finance, business, etc.) or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue/sales operations, sales analytics, or a CRM-centric analyst role.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Salesforce with an intuitive understanding of standard and custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and their reporting schema.
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
  • Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar).
  • Previous experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
  • Comfortable fielding requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing day-to-day demands.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Claude Code and/or Cowork using advanced Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ object and reporting schema.
  • Familiarity with lead routing, territory management, or sales engagement tooling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other data-querying languages.

Skills

  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Able to turn messy data and manual processes into insights to drive decision-making.
  • Energetic about transforming data into insights to support operations.

Benefits

This is a full-time position located in the United States Eastern time zone or willing to work Eastern time zone hours. Travel requirements are expected to be less than 5% of the time but may occasionally be required for team meetings. The position is remote and requires the candidate to be based in the United States Eastern time zone or willing to work Eastern time zone hours to support the business.
