About the Role
The Revenue Marketing Lead will own the Always On program across internal site advertising, automated emails, order pages, and targeted member offers. This strategic and hands-on B2C marketing role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, developing campaigns, and optimizing the member experience.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Always On marketing across site ads, order pages, automated campaigns, and targeted member offers.
- Identify and execute high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing member base.
- Design and scale experiments across lifecycle touchpoints, messaging, offers, timing, targeting, and channels.
- Partner with Product, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to bring revenue-generating ideas to market.
- Use AI and automation to improve targeting, analysis, testing, creative iteration, and operational decisions.
- Turn performance data, market trends, and experimentation results into messaging direction and actionable growth recommendations.
- Advance segmentation, personalization, and targeted experiences across the member journey.
- Build scalable workflows while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2C growth, revenue, performance, subscription, or a related marketing field.
- Demonstrated responsibility for marketing tied directly to revenue, sales, conversion, or another commercial outcome.
- Experience driving upsells, cross-sells, upgrades, repeat purchases, subscriptions, renewals, or similar growth from existing customers.
- Experience owning multi-channel marketing programs in direct-response environments.
- Deep understanding of experimentation, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and technical fluency with marketing automation, analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to work across strategy and hands-on execution with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong interest in investing and personal finance; financial services, fintech, or investing experience is strongly preferred.

Annual pay range: $130,000-$150,000 USD
