Revenue Manager

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close process, prepare journal entries, reconcile and flux analysis.
• Analyze data and generate revenue recognition adjustments.
• Collaboration accounting and reporting process, including analyzing cost activities and calculating monthly revenue (ASC 606), and preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze and reconcile Accounts Receivable and cash collections on a monthly basis between ERP and revenue management cycle systems.
• Prepare supporting analysis and workpapers to support financial statement disclosures and reporting.
• Prepare revenue analysis and workpapers to support quarterly tax provisions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including +2 years of public accounting experience and revenue accounting experience.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and interpretation of data.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with expertise in the application of ASC 606, SOX 404, and solid accounting skills.
• CPA license is required or actively pursuing (CPA-eligible candidates considered).
• Knowledge of NetSuite and Xifin system preferred. NetSuite experience preferred; familiarity with lab billing or revenue management systems a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Hands-on, detail oriented and ability to collect and analyze data.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential.
