Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and market share across a select and extended stay hotel portfolio. This role involves collaboration, training, and strategic leadership to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies that align with business goals
• Monitor and analyze market trends to inform pricing decisions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue streams
• Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices
• Contribute to the development and execution of long-term revenue growth plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Experience with hotel revenue management systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven track record of increasing revenue and market share
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting
• Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
