Responsibilities

• Manage revenue data: Collect, enter, process, and maintain historical and statistical data to support hotel revenue management.
• Generate and distribute reports: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports using data management systems.
• Analyze market trends: Evaluate demand, pricing, and market conditions to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct competitive research: Perform and document shop calls to assess industry trends and competitor pricing.
• Provide administrative and guest support: Assist with inquiries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
