The Revenue Intelligence Operations Manager, Renewals will be responsible for overseeing the renewal processes within the organization, ensuring that all contracts are managed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the renewal processes for existing contracts
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Manage contract renewals to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking contract renewals and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue operations, preferably in a similar role
• Experience with contract management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
