About the Opportunity
The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a critical role in leading data analysis efforts to support organizational projects focused on revenue cycle operations. This position drives improvements by analyzing data trends, mapping business processes, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation and coding. The role contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and aligning systems with departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis teams by writing advanced SQL queries and developing reporting design documents.
- Identify key data trends and implement integrated system projects across multiple technical platforms.
- Map existing business processes and recommend strategic changes aligned with departmental goals.
- Direct reconciliation of clinical documentation, surgical logs, and nursing records for accurate coding.
- Support charge capture and CDM workflows while mentoring junior analysts to ensure data quality.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant job-specific experience.
- Preferred 3-5+ years in revenue integrity, revenue cycle operations, informatics, surgical nursing, or hospital coding.
Pay
Salary range: $72,283.20 to $100,759.30 per year.
