Revenue Integrity Analyst

Summary

The Revenue Integrity Analyst position for Professional Billing will assist in establishing guidelines for internal review processes and workflows. Duties may include updating payer contracts, establishing a variance workflow, reviewing charge and credentialing work queues, charge audits, and system issues. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and experience in healthcare, particularly in professional billing, coding, and reimbursement.

Requirements

• Educational Requirements:
  • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prioritization: Bachelor Degree or higher formal education, 2 years formal education post high school in clinical, financial, or coding program.
• Experience Requirements:
  • Required: 3 Years Healthcare Experience
  • Prioritization: 3 experience in healthcare-related field, in hospital billing, coding and/or charging/reimbursement-related capacity. Additional clinical experience in related field a plus.
