Revenue Integrity Analyst - Accountable Care

About the role

This is a hybrid remote position requiring candidates to be a WA resident. Occasional travel within the Southwest Washington market may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze professional revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities to optimize collections, clean claims, denials, and fee-for-service revenue.
• Work closely with Quality Improvement/Finance Department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to maximize reimbursement.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve coding accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to other members of the Revenue Cycle team.

Requirements

• Within 18 months of hire: Coding Certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
• 3 years Medical Coding or Billing experience
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, or related field, OR equivalent education/experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, or related field, OR equivalent education/experience
• 2 years Revenue Cycle experience
• 2 years Health Care industry experience

Qualifications

• Must be a WA resident
• Must be able to pass a background check

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in healthcare coding and billing software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
