The Revenue Growth Management Analyst (RGM) – Customer Investment assists and collaborates with RGM Managers to ensure trade spend and shopper marketing funds are invested effectively while keeping teams within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist RGM Managers with analysis of trade investments and accuracy of inputs into our trade system.
- Review TPM inputs and assist sales in correcting inputs.
- Build out scenarios with RGM managers to optimize fund investment.
- Support RGM managers with Excel buildouts and reporting.
- Develop post-promo analysis to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate regularly with RGM Managers to review project status and priorities.
- Ensure sales teams stay within budgeted trade rates (Customer & Brand).
- Review promotional plans and propose solutions for the sales team.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment opportunities, trade investment, and customer profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, trade, or a similar field.
- Strong Excel knowledge (pivots, lookups, formulas).
- Preferred: SAP TPM experience.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000, with an annual bonus. This range may vary by location, and the targeted salary is the midpoint of the range.
