About the Role
As our Revenue Enablement Manager, you'll empower the revenue team, including sales and customer success, to exceed their quotas through training, content, technology, and go-to-market alignment. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you'll drive adoption of methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and build enablement programs that enhance performance across the customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Training & Onboarding: Develop and maintain scalable onboarding programs for new hires, including AEs and SDRs, and provide ongoing training (everboarding) to keep the team sharp. Certify the team on pitches, discovery calls, and demos, and champion the adoption of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Content & Tech Resourcing: Create and maintain a centralized library of battle cards, playbooks, pitch decks, and call prep frameworks. Vet, implement, and drive adoption of tools like Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, and Claude. Evaluate emerging AI-powered enablement tools to enhance training and content delivery.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Align enablement content and sales collateral with demand generation campaigns, buyer personas, and the buyer journey. Support product and feature rollouts by equipping the revenue team with launch-ready materials. Establish feedback loops to ensure customer and market insights reach the right teams.
- Measurement & Insights: Define KPIs to measure enablement's impact on revenue outcomes, such as ramp time, win rates, methodology adoption, and tech adoption. Use data from Gong and Salesforce to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted enablement solutions.
Objectives
- Assess and optimize the current enablement function, identifying gaps and prioritizing initiatives that drive revenue.
- Own day-to-day enablement operations, including onboarding, training calendars, content requests, and communication channels.
- Run end-to-end onboarding programs and build rapport with revenue team members to become their trusted partner.
- Deliver measurable methodology adoption and provide quarterly impact reviews to revenue leadership.
Qualifications
- Revenue-Focused Coach: Proven track record of improving ramp time, win rates, or retention through enablement initiatives.
- Methodology Mastery: Deep fluency in MEDDPICC and value-based messaging frameworks like Command of the Message.
- Full-Funnel Perspective: Understanding of the entire customer lifecycle, from initial sales conversation to renewal and expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Ability to build and maintain best-in-class enablement programs and resources.
- Data-Driven Insight: Proficiency in using data from Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and Outreach to drive coaching and behavior change.
- AI-Forward Builder: Experience leveraging AI tools to scale enablement efforts.
- Excellent Communicator: Ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and build rapport across teams.
- Collaborative: Proven ability to work across sales, customer success, marketing, and product to align priorities and unite the revenue organization.
