Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all financial applications and resolve client needs via phone, Zoom, or email.
- Host financial management solution training sessions to enable client success.
- Create and maintain financial reporting training materials.
- Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate processes.
- Work collaboratively with solution and engineering teams to identify, document, test, and resolve client-facing issues.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
- Experience supporting financial operations, billing workflows, or financial software solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home financial operations
- Previous software support, technical support, or client-facing application support experience
- Familiarity with ticketing or case management systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Experience auditing financial discrepancies, month-end close processes, or billing reconciliations

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
