We manage billing, credentialing, and account management for private dermatology practices nationwide. We're growing rapidly and are building a dynamic team that grows alongside us.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an early-stage RCM professional seeking broad exposure to a modern billing operation. You will:

• Own a defined set of client accounts, answering billing questions, monitoring account health, flagging issues, and keeping clients informed.
• Support senior account managers on more complex practices, preparing summaries, tracking open items, and following up on outstanding issues.
• Communicate with practice managers and physicians clearly and professionally, bridging the gap between billing expertise and non-experts.

Who You Are

• Have 1-2 years of medical billing experience, understanding claim flow, common denial codes, and payer portals.
• Are a self-starter who tolerates ambiguity well, comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where not everything is defined.
• Are AI-native, using tools like AI to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, staying calm under pressure when dealing with frustrated clients.
