Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on city facilities
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of local government operations beneficial

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
