Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Associate

About the role

The RCM Associate will own and scale revenue cycle at Sailor Health. They will be responsible for the KPIs and health of the function, growing the RCM team, and ensuring top 5% outcomes.

• Own RCM end-to-end
• Serve as the product manager behind our AI-native RCM
• Design and scale AI-native workflows
• Build real-time RCM reporting
• Identify and break bottlenecks
• Drive revenue operations
• Provide best-in-class patient billing experience

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of relevant experience leading or being part of the RCM team at a digital health company, or an operator role at a tech-enabled RCM company
• Strong product, consulting, or banking background
• Customer-obsessed, understanding how RCM directly shapes the patient experience
• Data-driven operator, enjoying going deep into data to improve performance
• AI operator, excited by using AI to drive better results
• Takes work personally, taking pride in what they build and caring deeply about the impact of their work
• A+ player, hungry to win and a proven track record of being a top performer in high-intensity environments
