Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare environments in the state of California
  • Experience with healthcare billing and revenue recognition
  • Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and large ERP systems

What you’ll do:

  • Manage accounts receivable, including billing, payment posting, and reconciliations across multiple payors
  • Analyze denials, underpayments, and reimbursement trends; recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with internal teams on revenue recognition, adjustments, and write-offs
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards while supporting automation and process improvement initiatives

What does this position pay:

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $75,000–$95,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
