Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director – Client Delivery supporting Medical Group Revenue Cycle Managed Services Engagement for enterprise clients. This is a strategic role where you'll use your deep industry knowledge and strategic thinking to understand client needs and connect them with Impact Advisors' solutions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their advocate and ensuring their needs are met.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying opportunities for service expansion and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and manage all aspects of contract renewals and modifications.
- Manage the financial performance of your assigned client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all revenue cycle functions residing within client healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal performance. This includes overseeing areas such as scheduling, patient access, health information management, and UR/UM.
- Collaborate with client and Impact Advisor’s central business operations to ensure the effective delivery of Revenue Cycle processes.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports on revenue cycle performance, trends, and opportunities to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within large Medical Group Revenue Cycle operations.
- Deep and demonstrable expertise within the Epic EHR platform, specifically related to its revenue cycle modules.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing all facets of the revenue cycle, from appointment scheduling to accounts resolution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster a culture of accountability, and achieve measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Prior 3rd party Managed Services and/or consulting work experience is a plus.

- Travel: 30-50% travel to client locations
- Work Schedule: Hybrid
- Compensation: Salary range of $180,000 to $260,000, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus.
