Revenue Cycle Managed Services - Billing Manager (Hospital System)

For our client, we are seeking a Revenue Cycle Managed Services - Billing Manager (Hospital System) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead billing operations for a designated health system client, with a focus on driving accuracy, timeliness, and performance across hospital billing workflows. The position partners closely with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operational leaders to evaluate results, identify improvement opportunities, and support broader operational reviews. The right candidate will bring deep hospital billing expertise and a hands-on leadership approach to coaching teams and strengthening process discipline. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and optimize billing operations for a designated health system client Build strong relationships with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operational leaders Conduct regular operational reviews to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities Manage daily billing workflows and ensure timely claim submissions Analyze key billing performance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed Coach and develop billing supervisors and team members to enhance performance Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and productivity Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 5+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience focused on hospital billing operations 2+ years of leadership experience managing billing teams in a healthcare setting Strong knowledge of hospital and professional billing processes, including claim generation and submission requirements Hands-on experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) Proficiency in revenue cycle reporting tools and Microsoft Excel Benefits Remote work flexibility with occasional travel for client engagements Opportunities for professional development and training Participation in operational reviews and strategic initiatives Potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus Access to additional benefits and perks based on employment terms Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
