Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire process of billing, collecting, and reconciling patient accounts.
- Manage claims submission, payment processing, and account resolution to ensure the university healthcare system captures and maximizes revenue while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Support an organization, often in direct service, operational, technical or administrative functions.
- Spend majority of time in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.
- Opportunities for progression outside this career stream are typically limited without additional education or significant training and experience.

Requirements
- Education: High School or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 4 years relevant experience in customer service and extensive use of desktop computers and applications.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $17.66 - $35.32 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
Schedule
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. Patient facing and seated most of the day.
