About the role
The Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle plays a key role in process improvement and transformation within healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing associates to address complex operational issues using market-leading technology and analytics
- Designing and redesigning business processes for efficiency
- Implementing best practice workflows to enhance quality, operational, and financial outcomes
- Collaborating with clients on process assessments and benchmarking
- Applying healthcare industry knowledge and utilizing AI tools and data-driven insights for comprehensive evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of consulting or industry experience in revenue cycle operations, systems integration, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Data Warehouse
- Proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle concepts—including financial clearance, billing, collections, and key performance metrics
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle large data sets and implement operational improvements
- Travel up to 50% may be required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
