Revenue Cycle Analyst - Remote

Revenue Cycle Analyst Remote 6-12+Months Provide support for Epic Cadence or Prelude systems (Epic certification required; dual certification preferred). Focus on ambulatory/patient access support, including Scheduling and Referrals. Deliver frontline production support with some light build responsibilities. Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues for end users and front desk staff. Work closely with users to differentiate between system problems and user errors. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Maintain a strong customer service approach in supporting patient access workflows. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and users. Not primarily a build position; production support and hands-on workflow support are key. Prioritize candidates with immediate hands-on support experience in patient access.
