About the role

Provide support for ambulatory/patient access workflows, focusing on scheduling, referrals, and related Epic modules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline production support with some light system build tasks, resolving issues for end users and front desk teams.
• Prioritize rapid response and hands-on support to ensure seamless patient access operations.
• Work remotely, excluding candidates from listed ineligible locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards in patient access and revenue cycle operations.

Requirements

• Cadence and/or Prelude certification required; dual certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic systems.
• Strong knowledge of patient access processes in a healthcare environment.
