Revenue Cycle Analyst, HB Billing & Collections, Days

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert in payor reimbursements and medical policies.
• Support revenue cycle functions, including preparing and submitting patient claims to third-party payors.
• Analyze and review claims to ensure compliance with payor-specific requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and perform billing and collections activities to meet metric goals (e.g., cash, denial rates, and days in AR).
• Identify patterns and trends with payors and internal processes to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Ensure leadership’s awareness and alignment regarding revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

Required: With an Associate Degree, one year of Revenue Cycle experience; or without a required degree, three years of Revenue Cycle experience.
