About the Opportunity

The Revenue Cycle Analyst role is designed to support and enhance the full revenue cycle process, encompassing front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end operations. This position is critical in ensuring accurate reimbursement, improving financial performance, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full revenue cycle processes including insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Resolve denials and billing issues while maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
  • Support and optimize electronic health record (EHR) and billing systems.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process and system enhancements.
  • Provide operational support to ensure continuous business operations and system configuration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue cycle operations, billing, or analytics within healthcare services.
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle functions and their impact on reimbursement.
  • Experience with EHR and practice management or billing systems.
  • Understanding of payer requirements, regulatory standards, and billing compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and screenings.

Pay

  • Hourly compensation between $29.30 and $33.65, plus an annual performance-based discretionary incentive.
  • Compensation depends on factors such as skills, education, certifications, experience, and market data.
